Rochester, New York.

A city on the move.

Rochester is a gateway city to good food, the arts, parks, entertainment, superior medical facilities, colleges and the Finger Lakes Region. Rochester is ideally located on the banks of the Genesee River right at the shores of Lake Ontario. Rochester has been known as the “flour city” because of the Erie Canal and the flour mills that help grow the city in the early days. During more recent years Rochester has become known as the “Flower City” due to the high influence of the arts. And not to forget the Kodak - George Eastman story that continues to this day.
