Artists At Work

Wherever there is a place to paint, an artist will tell a story.

It all begins with an artist inspired with an idea, a canvas and a palette of paints. Today two abandoned water tower tanks in the city of Rochester, New York are the canvas. Cans of aerosol paints are the palette. The artist and the ideas are products of city life on the streets of Rochester and America.
